Realign was created to offer compassionate, science-backed, plant-based wellness crafted for real women and their real hormonal experiences. We exist to support women physically and emotionally, to challenge the stigma surrounding hormonal changes, and to remind every woman that her body is not the problem, she simply deserves better understanding, better care, and better support.

Founder story

Realign was created during one of the most challenging time of my
life. My journey with PCOS reshaped my body and mindset in ways I never
expected. Within six months, I gained 20 kilograms despite living a healthy
lifestyle, and before I could make sense of it, society had already judged it.
The comments and assumptions took a real toll on my mental wellbeing, leaving
me feeling confused, pressured, and disconnected from myself.

Receiving my PCOS diagnosis finally gave me clarity, but it also
opened my eyes to something far greater: millions of women are silently
navigating their own hormonal transitions, not only with PCOS, but also through
menopause, postpartum recovery and so many other phases where their bodies
evolve faster than the world understands. That realisation became the
foundation of Realign.
