"Realign started with frustration."
For years, I felt like I was doing everything “right” - eating healthy, working out consistently, trying every wellness trend that promised balance and results. But after being diagnosed with PCOS while living in London, I realised how disconnected the wellness industry was from what women actually experience.
I was constantly tired, struggling with weight fluctuations, hormonal imbalance, gut issues, and an unhealthy cycle of trying to “fix” my body through extremes.
At the same time, I noticed something else:
Most wellness products weren’t truly built for women. They were either overly clinical, unrealistic, or simply repackaged versions of products originally made for men.
I created Realign because I wanted wellness to feel different.
I wanted products that felt intentional, supportive, and rooted in understanding how women’s bodies actually function, products that support hormones, digestion, energy, and overall wellbeing without promoting restriction or perfection.
Realign is a reflection of everything I wish I had during my own journey.
